SpaceXAI has launched Grok 4.5, pitching the model to developers and enterprises trying to control the rising cost of AI-assisted software development.
In a statement, the company said the model is priced at $2 per million input tokens and $6 per million output tokens. It said the model is built for coding and agentic work, runs at 80 tokens per second, and uses fewer tokens than comparable models on some software engineering tasks.
Grok 4.5 is available through the SpaceXAI console and Grok Build. It is also available in Cursor, the AI coding tool made by Anysphere, giving SpaceXAI a route into a development environment already used by programmers rather than only competing through an API. SpaceXAI said EU availability is expected in mid-July.
In June, SpaceX, which owns SpaceXAI, said it was buying Anysphere, the startup behind Cursor, in a deal aimed at strengthening its position in enterprise AI tools. In a separate statement, Cursor said that Grok 4.5 was trained jointly with Spac

The post Grok 4.5 Tops Agent Test, Backing Musk’s Opus-Class Claim appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com.
Elon Musk called Grok 4.5 an Opus-class model that runs faster and costs less. An independent, agentic benchmark now provides real backing for that claim. On Artificial Analysis’s AutomationBench-AA, Grok 4.5 ranked first with a 51.4% score while costing $0.34 per task. It beat both Claude Fable 5 (48.6%) and Claude Opus 4.8 (48.5%). Source: Artificial Analysis An Independent Check on Elon Musk’s Claim SpaceXAI took Grok 4.5 public this week, built on its 1.5 trillion-parameter V9 foundation. Musk’s pitch rested on early internal evaluations. AutomationBench-AA changes that. Artificial Analysis runs the benchmark independently and keeps its task set private to prevent contamination. The test spans 657 tasks across 40 simulated apps, including Gmail, Slack, Salesforce, and HubSpot. It scores the share of objectives an agent completes without brea

SpaceXAI launches Grok 4.5, a 1.5T parameter AI model optimized for coding and enterprise tasks, priced aggressively to challenge rivals like GPT-5.5.
SpaceXAI, the AI arm of Elon Musk’s ventures, has officially launched Grok 4.5, its most advanced large language model to date. Designed specifically for coding, agentic tasks, and enterprise knowledge work, the 1.5 trillion-parameter model is a significant leap over its predecessors and positions SpaceXAI as a serious competitor in the AI-for-enterprise sector. Grok 4.5 builds on SpaceXAI’s V9 foundation model and incorporates training data from Cursor, a coding-focused AI startup acquired by SpaceXAI earlier this year. According to the company, the model delivers “intelligent and efficient reasoning” with notable performance improvements on technical benchmarks like SWE Bench Pro, whe
SpaceXAI released Grok 4.5, a Cursor-trained model for coding, agentic tasks, and knowledge work. It serves at 80 TPS, costs $2/$6 per million tokens, and ranks #1 on Harvey's Legal Agent Benchmark.
